Mr. Espa\u00f1a worked at the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group for more than 19 years becoming a Chief and Head of Manufacturing Agribusiness and Services in Latin America. Before that, he worked in Rothschild & Co covering Investment Banking operations in Mexico, Colombia and Central America and in the Project Finance division of Citibank in Mexico. Mr. Espa\u00f1a has experience on financing fields for the following sectors in Emerging Markets: (i) Infrastructure. (ii) Commercial Real Estate, (ii) Tourism (hotel development), (iv) Manufacturing, (v) Health and Education and (vi) Agribusiness. He holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico (UNAM), with the highest national honors, and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from IPADE Business School (IPADE). Mr. D\u00edaz is Founder and Managing Partner at Diestro, S. de R.L. de C.V. affiliate of Iskali Capital Group, an Investment Bank boutique with operations in Mexico and Colombia leading M&A and Corporate Finance transactions in Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Argentina with combined value above USD$ 1 billion. Mr. D\u00edaz has participated in different private companies of Mexico and Central and South America as member of the board, as well as CEO and CFO generating value to their shareholders. Prior to that Mr. D\u00edaz worked in an international Law Firm and on the Workout Division and Project Finance division of Citibanamex . Mr. D\u00edaz earned an MBA from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Instituto Tecnol\u00f3gico Aut\u00f3nomo de Mexico (ITAM) and a Law Degree at the Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de Mexico.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Nena\u00a0Stoiljkovic\u00a0is former IFC\u2019s Vice President for Asia and Pacific.\u00a0In this capacity, Ms. Stoiljkovic is responsible for all IFC operations in the region. She has global\u00a0experience in development issues such as climate change, gender, and fragile and conflict-affected situations including through her recent role as Vice President of Blended Finance and Partnerships.<\/p>

Ms. Stoiljkovic has a track record of promoting development finance innovation in a variety of leadership roles at IFC. Most recently, she\u00a0played a key part in the corporation’s efforts to build a new architecture for development finance with\u00a0other\u00a0institutions, governments, and the private sector. She\u00a0helped shape the World Bank Group strategy, working with the International Development Association (IDA) on a pioneering private sector window to catalyze greater private investment in low-income and conflict-affected countries.<\/p>

Earlier, Ms. Stoiljkovic co-led the establishment of the World Bank Group’s Global Practices and Cross-cutting Solutions Areas. In this role, she brought private sector experience into the process of harnessing global expertise to help government clients tackle development challenges. This expertise combined with strong operational experience in IFC\u2019s investment and advisory businesses through her roles as a co-Vice President of IFC Operations, Vice President of Advisory Services, and Director of the Europe and Central Asia region.<\/p>

Ms. Stoiljkovic\u00a0joined IFC in 1995 as an Investment Officer. Prior to that, she worked as a consultant at the Economic Institute of Belgrade.
